BEVERLY, MA – June 23, 2011 – Readers Choice Awards has named Beverly Cooperative Bank the #1 Community Bank for the fourth year in a row. In addition, Beverly Cooperative Bank received a silver award for best regional bank.

Conducted by Gatehouse Media New England, the Readers Choice Awards are based on ballots submitted by readers of local newspapers. This year, more than 232,000 votes were collected and results were tallied by an independent firm.
