BEVERLY, MA – MAY 13, 2010 – During its recent annual meeting, Beverly Cooperative Bank elected two new directors: Jayne Rice and Linda Saris.

Jayne Rice is Managing Director at Brookwood Financial Partners, L.P., in Beverly. She also serves as Trustee and President of the Brookwood School Parents’ Association. Ms. Rice resides in Manchester.
Linda Saris is the founder and Director of Salem Cyberspace, a program of North Shore Community Action Programs, Inc. She also serves as a Director at Northeast Regional Readiness Centers and is an At-large Board Director and Member of The Boston Club where she is currently the Chairman of the Technology Committee. Ms. Saris resides in Swampscott.
