BEVERLY, MA – JUNE 4, 2010 – During its recent annual meeting, Beverly Cooperative Bank elected five new corporators: Jan F. Jefgood, Linda Saris, Jane Johnson, Thomas B. Anthony and Dr. K. Brewer Doran.

Jan F. Jefgood is a Real Estate Broker and Chief Financial Officer of J. Barrett & Co., in Beverly. He serves on the Parks and Recreation Commission and is Treasurer of the Beverly Historical Society. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the North Shore Association of Realtors. Mr. Jefgood resides in Beverly.
Linda Saris is the founder and Director of Salem Cyberspace, a program of North Shore Community Action Programs, Inc. She also serves as a Director at Northeast Regional Readiness Centers and is an At-large Board Director and Member of The Boston Club where she is currently the Chairman of the Technology Committee. Ms. Saris resides in Swampscott.
Jane Johnson is a C.P.A., C.M.A. and independent business advisor and partner with B2B CFO®. She is also former C.E.O. and founder of her own consulting firm. Ms. Johnson is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, Massachusetts Society of C.P.A.s, Institute of Management Consultants, F.E.N.G., The Commonwealth Institute, North Shore Technology Council and Exit Planning Exchange. Ms. Johnson resides in Hamilton.
Thomas B. Anthony is a C.P.A. and President of Anthony & Dodge P.C., in South Hamilton. He is a member of the A.I.C.P.A., the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and a founding member of the Hamilton-Wenham Rotary Club. He also serves on the board of the Essex County Estate Planning Council. Mr. Anthony resides in Wenham.
Dr. K. Brewer Doran is the Dean of the Bertolon School of Business at Salem State College. She also serves as President of the House of the Seven Gables Settlement Association; Commissioner of the Essex National Heritage Area; and Director of the Massachusetts Organization of Older Americans. She is a regular commentator on New England Cable News. Dr. Doran resides in Beverly.
